"Sit Back and Enjoy the Ride!" - a song for driving down the motorway to!
"Sit Back and Enjoy the Ride!" is my official signature song and life-anthem that states my overall cause, promoting a positive two-fold Wellbeing/Mindfulness message of (1) enjoying long car journeys on the road (particularly on motorways and freeways) and (2) enjoying life and living it to the full (that means not worrying about the past or future or anything for that matter and just living in the moment).
The live version, "Sit Back and Enjoy the Ride, LIVE!", is the strongest of all the different versions of the song and was recorded live during my debut public performance at Inclusion Fest 2019 in Derry City on Friday 14th June 2019 for the 2019 Derry City & Strabane YOUTH 19 program.
